[attr="class","sonmus"] [attr="class","sonmustext"] LYRA HILL.[BREAK] 22.[BREAK] BISEXUAL.[BREAK] SELLSWORD.[BREAK] | [attr="class","solitaire"] [attr="class","oculus"]✱ [attr="class","marigolds"] [attr="class","marigolds2"] Lyra herself isn't the strongest judge of personal bonds or closeness, often confusing simple terms like "partnership", "companionship", and "friendship". Don't mistake her ignorance; Lyra would never view her clientele in the same realm as she views her friends. It just means that she's open to any form of relationship along the lines of friends, and doesn't discriminate based on the nature of said relationship. If the bond is there and the connection is real, Lyra embraces it. She also holds interest in most anyone, from the commoners in Lannisport to the nobility of Casterly Rock. Lyra discriminated based on attitude, not social class.[BREAK][BREAK] That is to say, Lyra doesn't like the meek, or the boring. If you have a shitty or monotonous life and you're content to let yourself rot in that role, the only thing she'd have to do with you--if that--would be a short fistfight to beat the stupid out of you, for good measure. She herself hates to be reminded of the time where she was nothing more than a poor peasant in the streets, and doesn't want reminders after she worked hard enough to claw her way away from that shit.[BREAK][BREAK] Allies or contractors for Lyra are a given. Despite her obvious beauty, the dance she does with the sword is far more sensual than any she could do to impress suitors. That is to say, she's a sellsword who guarantees the buyers' moneys worth, and wouldn't aim to disappoint on the provided service. The spitfire also boasts the fortune of being an avid traveler, headstrong and adventurous. Honestly, if you want to do something with Lyra that's exciting and off-the-wall, she'd be into it. Want to get into a friendly brawl? Hella. Trip to Essos? Fuck yeah. Sneak into a Dothraki camp and shave all their horses? Probably fucking stupid but LET'S GOOOO. | [attr="class","solitaire"] [attr="class","oculus"]✖ [attr="class","marigolds"] [attr="class","marigolds2"] As mentioned previously, Lyra's enemies are the enemies of freedom and intrigue. She doesn't much care for the domestic life, and she'd rather willingly throw herself into the fighting pits and a life of slavery than live out a chill life in Fleabottom. Self-destructing, possibly, but 100% Lyra Hill, through and through. It also needs to be taken into account that as a bastard, Lyra naturally hates anyone who turns their nose up at her heritage. Yes, she understands she's illegitimate. Yes, she understands where that places her on the social caste ladder. And yes, knows how this reflects on her own legitimacy as a member of society. But really, if you're going to be a fucking cunt and shove it in her face, she'll just shove her steel right back in yours.[BREAK][BREAK] One thing that can be said about Lyra is that she's a slave to her own ambition. Regardless of her birth validity, she aims high. Higher than most other sellswords, in fact. Like them, Lyra dreams of wealth and riches, abundantly so. But she dreams of much more, as well. Lyra Hill dreams of her rightful place among lords and ladies, knights and lord commanders. She fantasizes about the day she'll have followers, enough to rival the Faith of the Seven, or the crown. The gold itself is a catalyst for her, a means to an end. In another life, Lyra could be a legitimate Lannister daughter, perhaps. Getting to the point, if you're in the way, or disrespectful of Lyra's goals to make her parallel universe her own reality, you've gotten yourselves a very pissed off blonde. Quite a trigger-happy one, too. | [attr="class","solitaire"] [attr="class","oculus"]♥ [attr="class","marigolds"] [attr="class","marigolds2"] Surely you've heard of lovers, not fighters. HA. Lyra? Fit that trope? Fuck that! She'd rather impale herself on a nicely forged weapon of Valyrian steel than a steely Valyrian's weapon, you know? That's not to say that she isn't fully open to the frick frack, though. Lyra's desire is born out of respect, although that gives the maiden some unfortunately high standards. Another thing she's strongly averse to is prostitutes, born out of the fear of a path she might have embarked on, if she hadn't taken up the sword. Sex isn't something she does willy-nilly, but it's also something she'd like to experience, along with romance and a true spiritual connection. After all, how could you deny a master of fun and leisure one of life's greatest pleasures? Plus, an adventuring soulmate with benefits is just asking for her hand in marriage, to be honest.[BREAK][BREAK] If you're a lord or a lady of a great house, Lyra will be predisposed to be quite more open to you than the average Joe or Jane. It's cripplingly shallow, but again, Lyra is superficial to a fault. She cares not how she looks to thirsty men and women, but how she appears as a famous figure (be it warrior or noble). The love would eventually be genuine if it was a destined match, but there would always be that nagging element of Lyra using you as a stepping stone, wouldn't there?[BREAK][BREAK] If that doesn't do it for you, then go for it without the fancy titles and stylish banners. She's not gonna love you any less for not having a silver spoon shoved down your throat! Besides, everything has the chance to be more fun when you aren't bound by duty and tight corsets. Let's try a romantic first date competing for who can kill the most bandits for a lord, and then have a passionate lovemaking sesh after all the slaughter. It'll be a gay old time! |
