The year is 286 AC. King Jaehaerys II has just passed, leaving the throne without a rightful ruler. While his three children fight for the crown, Winter creeps closer, and unimaginable darkness looms.
Not all alliances will be so typical this time. In fact, many people have a crucial effect on the way this story is told. As for the ending, we only hope there are enough people left alive to tell it after its passed.
Events
Join us for our first event, the wake of recently deceased King Jaehaerys II.

TYBALT LANNISTER
male - twenty-four - bisexual - knight - application
FRIENDS
Those whom are cherished
Tybalt doesn't have a hard time making friends as he's the kind of person who can see the worth in everyone. Even if you have a rocky start to your relationship with him (up to and including a grisly fist fight) there's no guarantee that the two of you won't be coming out of that situation patting each other on the back and laughing. Of course, with so many friendships Tybalt can only manage to foster a select few in to a close relationship where he'd be willing to die for the other person. Even The White Lion knows there's a difference between a drinking buddy and a true brother in arms.
ENEMIES
Those whom are loathed
Tybalt's not the sort of person who wants to make enemies. Having to many people out for your blood is unhealthy, after all. The long and short of it is that if you threaten to harm Tybalt or those close to him, then he will vow to kill you. If you sully the honor befitting of knighthood, then he will vow to kill you. If you're a brigand or thief who causes misery, he will see you face justice and if you're Ironborn, then he'll probably not invite you to his wedding.
LOVES
Those whom are loved
Though he is a fan of ribald behaviour, Tybalt is not as promiscuous as he would have you believe. He does not visit brothels as he does not believe in paying for what he can't earn through charm alone. He also doesn't have any desire to sire a bastard child which contributes to his general preference towards men over women. He's not against being married off for his family's sake and he's fully committed to the idea of making whatever arranged marriage he is given work well. Still, a man has needs and until he has a wife he'll need to find some ways to satisfy them.
tybalt & dali I think that these two should have some kind of romance. I think Tybalt might find his world a bit refreshing, perhaps there could be some drama in the fact he's promised to another, yet they don't want to be separated or something, I don't know, I'm running dry but that's what I'm coming up with right now hahah.

PLOT WITH ME, SENPAI. *____* Okay, let's get down to business.
Political connections, no matter how small, are well appreciated. In Tybalt, Alayne sees a decent dude - he's a good knight, he's an impressive warrior, and he's intelligent, and has no enemies. She's younger, but she's clever, commanding and driven to make her visions a reality - achieve political advancement and stability for herself and her House. These two could be good foils for each other; she's more bookish, he's more martial and social. His fantastic strength as a good judge of character impresses her; maybe he could one of those few friends she can actually trust.
Tybalt would never turn down a potential friendship, however small or politically motivate they might be. Though Tybalt would appreciate the effort that she puts in to her reading and whatnot, he also understands that the fate of her house and all eventual official declarations of alliance will fall down to the men in her family. That's how the world works, after all and even though Tybalt's friendship with Alayne will be genuine it will also be a stepping-stone that he'll want to use to secure peace with those in her family who have the final say in such matters.
Of course, if Alayne is as politically astute as she likes to think, she'll probably understand this motivation if it ever comes up? Tybalt might be a nice guy but he's still pretty traditional in that regard. Should he be seen to encourage behaviour in ALayne that some people would see as inappropriate, it would likely jeopardise the good graces between their two houses. But should Alayne need the help of a man who can keep his word, Tybalt is certainly that man.
ok so. i don't know all the details but i see tybalt and selyse mayhaps will be a thing and if so i'd like to throw cayn your way. he doesn't bear any particular ill-will towards his half-sister, he just thinks she's kind of useless but he gains nothing from their father looming over her so he'd want to get selyse out of riverrun and out his hair asap where she won't bother him. to that end, i'd like tybs and cayn to meet (maybe throw his twin cass in there) because they have at least some kind of pull on hans tully and could probably try to better talk him into the arrangement. as for tybs and cayn themselves, well, tybalt probably won't like cayn but cayn himself would be pretty ambivalent i think. he'll just throw a few cracks in about how he should hurry if he wants selyse in one piece.
ok, this could be pretty interesting because Tybalt has pretty much zero idea of what actually goes on behind closed doors in Riverrun. As far as he knows, Hans is just a cool boisterous dude like him who loves a good tourney and has no clue as to his darker nature. If he was to learn this nature it could throw a minor spanner in the works. Ultimately, Tybalt would simply do what is required of him but he'd have conflicting feelings about it. He'd relish the opportunity to get Selyse away from those who'd do her harm but he'd not enjoy politically allying with that person in the process.
As for the relationship between Cayn and Tybalt themselves, that might remain to be seen. If Cayn helps Tybalt rescue Selyse from her father then I think Tybalt would end up considering Cayn a pretty cool dude. He's an easy enough guy to get along with, after all. If Cayn is a man of his word and acts in a just manner, Tybalt should have no problem with him.
If Tybalt Lannister interacts with Cayn then it's unavoidable that Cass also ends up in his path. He'll play his usual brooding partner role in his twin's schemes but that stare is likely going to hold a fair share of judgement. Tybalt looks like a gabber. Cass hates gabbers. So any words shared aren't likely to be warm and fluffy. Sorry not sorry.
k we are a go plot-wise with hans. idk where you want tybs and the twins to meet - it could be at the tourney but in a separate thread? (because i don't want to clutter the kind too much) or they could just meet on a road or something. up to you also if you want it done before or after the joust and the results of it though i think the marriage goes through either way. and yea, seeing as tybalt will be lord lannister someday and cayn is vying for the lord tully title he'd probably want to maybe not befriend but certainly make allies of tybs - including letting him on the know of selyse.

The Tourney is perhaps the most logical place for them to meet. If Cayn does eventually want to have a solid claimant to being lord of Riverrun then Tybalt wouldn't want to squander the opportunity. The purpose of this marriage is mainly political, after all. If an alliance isn't going to form from these two great houses joining their blood then what was the point of it, am I right? Just set up a thread whenever you're comfortable and I'll happily jump in. It doesn't have to be a long one if it doesn't need to be.
