The year is 286 AC. King Jaehaerys II has just passed, leaving the throne without a rightful ruler. While his three children fight for the crown, Winter creeps closer, and unimaginable darkness looms.
Not all alliances will be so typical this time. In fact, many people have a crucial effect on the way this story is told. As for the ending, we only hope there are enough people left alive to tell it after its passed.

Join us for our first event, the wake of recently deceased King Jaehaerys II.
Updates
AUG. 19: So we are now officially open to the public. We have a mini-event flashback thread going on, and our main event just began. Feel free to make a second canon if you can keep both of them active enough.
Don't hesitate in pestering staff with questions; it's what we're here for! Let's raise a glass and make a cheer toward a successful launch of Winds of Winter.
Being a man of few friends but many talents, there isn't a strong amount of people that can claim they're a friend to Ebon. It's to his liking as well, seeing that he doesn't think he needs many companions. Those who are his friends are typically from his childhood, past in Essos, or part of the lucky few that managed to invade their way into his inner circle. That being said, it's probably much more that you're just an ally or associate than a friend of Ebon. It's increasingly difficult for him to view someone as a friend unless they do something to make themselves stand out. Many are still welcome to try however, a friend in Ebon is truly the best security in Westeros.
Enemies
If there ever was a snake in the mold of a man, Ebon would fit the mold. He has lied, murdered, and assassinated many for coin in his mercenary life. He has declined alliances and aid to others in their pursuit of criminals into the Dornish region clearly out of selfishness or pride. Not to mention his jaded view of other houses that presumably bent the knee against the Targaryens in books of old. There's thousands of reasons to stand against Ebon, and he wouldn't blame you for a single one. In fact, he would be disappointed if you didn't have multiple reasons to bolster your claim against him. While he isn't the same man he was before, Ebon understands those that have a vendetta against him still exist. Nor is he afraid to remind them of his wrongdoings. In his mind if you're not hated, then clearly you're doing something wrong.
Lovers
Losing his first wife as a lad, he didn't believe he would ever wed again. However, once he returned to his rightful station in Dorne, his father had other plans for him. Marrying another, they've been blessed with five other children beyond his first. In her, he realized a bond that many in power dream of claiming with another. Though he isn't claimed nor disregarded the bond in itself. For every alpha requires a gentle touch at the night. Though it's up in the air about their current status. Whispers of two private paramours and other otherworldly visitors taking visit to his bed have sprung here and there, but it's nothing he cares to accept or deny. It's better to leave people to the madness of their own traveling thoughts than to give them the benefit of an answer. Only time can give proper results.
Family
The bond of a family is one of the most important bonds that a man can have. It's a direct reflection on how those closer than their peers respect them, especially as a Prince of Dorne. If one were to attempt to find flaws within his family, they would find nothing but disappointment given Ebon's rich love and care. Even if his siblings or their offspring were to find enemies in their own blood, Ebon does his best to suppress the tension between parties. He would go to nearly any length to aid his family, given the reason doesn't interfere with his own wishes. Still, one shouldn't mistake his affection as a weakness whether if they're of his blood or not. He has no problem with shortening the number of those that don't abide by his rules if it means safeguarding his ideals and family. That side of him still remains to be unseen.

Sarra hates your wife, obviously. By extension, she would likely be hostile towards house Martell when her bakahubby is away. She might be willing to mend fences a little if Katsa is not around but wouldn't come to him, he'd have to come to Riverrun. Maybe he can bring some poison. Dorne has poison, yes?
Seeing that Sarra hates her sister for being the runaway and leaving her to be in the predicament she's in, I can see Ebon feeling overly sympathetic towards her (especially if he gets knowledge of Han's treatment of her). Whereas Kasta and Sarra may behave like cat and dogs, Ebon's approach would be rather calm, realizing that if Katsa hadn't ran away then he'd likely had been matched with Sarra and the tables are turned for the two.
Though a stickler for Dorne's neutrality and oft careless for diplomacy, I could envision him wanting to have a favorable relationship with her. He's a family person and while she isn't part of his immediate family, he'd at least attempt to reach out to her once or twice for the sake of Sarra's mental wellbeing and his children having a portion of their Aunt in good memory. Though if she was to push him away, it isn't likely the viper would try another time to develop a bond.
If for no other reason than the fact that he is married to Katsa, Marko will hate Ebon with the intensity unknown to most. I see that Ebon was stationed in Essos for some time, and having been the First Sword for over a decade, it wouldn’t completely be out of the question that they crossed paths before. Or maybe even prior in Westeros, I’m not precisely sure how to work it out but I think it would be interesting to have had them been prior friends before Ebon’s marriage to Katsa, if only minute acquaintances.
Do note that in Ebon's time away from Dorne, he operated beneath a golden mask and went by the alias Marik, so if they met in the present then Marko wouldn't piece Marik = Ebon. But Ebon could do the opposite. I'm unsure if Katsa would have ever brought you up during their marriage, but I'll ask her about that later.
Marko could be under the assumption that Marik had a brutalized visage or something flawed on his face that he only showed his eyes. Or even some excessive accessory. But with him being a First Sword of Braavos, maybe they could've met at some sort of joint objective while Marko was away from his post or called elsewhere. To that merit, his sellsword company the Basilisk Brothers, could have been paid to aid him by himself or a third party. Say fetching someone of importance taken by a Dothraki group or Slavers?
Through that expedition, they'd likely become acquaintances to another. Feel free to disagree, add stiff, and change things as you see fit!

Not too much to add to the idea, I’m a genuine fan of it. I would just expound upon the Dorthraki incident a bit however. Maybe it was reminiscent of some Ramsay shit where only a few guys go into the camp, except in this case Marko and Marik get discovered and have to steal some horses and ride off into the sunset or some other cliché badassery. Then after a few more pairings on employments the two aren’t exactly friends, unless you want them to be, but close enough to where they know each other rather in depth in the fighting sense. Making it even weirder for Marko not to know him since Ebon would know his weaknesses right off the rip.
