The year is 286 AC. King Jaehaerys II has just passed, leaving the throne without a rightful ruler. While his three children fight for the crown, Winter creeps closer, and unimaginable darkness looms.
Not all alliances will be so typical this time. In fact, many people have a crucial effect on the way this story is told. As for the ending, we only hope there are enough people left alive to tell it after its passed.

TYLEN LANNISTER
BRother
Kingsguard
deviant
Lord Commander of the Kingsguard and reputed delinquent. How a man such as Tylen Lannister ever gained the rank of commander is a mystery to grace the minds of Westeros' highborn for centuries to come. The annals of history will remember him as a philandering, snarky, exceptionally dashing, and dangerous individual.
His title is not just for show. Tylen commands the Kingsguard with an efficiency that only a Lannister can provide, and his swordsmanship is great enough to have brought him there on his own merits. His is an easily disliked tenure as Lord Commander, but one that is hard to argue with.
A Lannister always pays their debts. Tylen owes all to family, and is loyal to his brothers and sisters in the West. Though that isn't to say he doesn't get into arguments with his blood relatives. Quite often in fact.
•BROTHER IN ARMS: A man whom Tylen has fought side by side with on many occasions. A dear friend who tolerates his misgivings and trusts in his motives. •COURT RIVAL: Those who would look to lay Tylen low in The Game. They clash at every turn, and must be dealt with one way or another. •LOVER: A lady whom Tylen always comes back to. Though he is not one to commit to any one woman, that doesn't mean he lacks a favorite. •FAMILY: Tylen has relinquished his claim to the throne of Casterly Rock, but he is free to mingle with his family. Much as he cares for them, the same can not be said for the others, though some may find his charm pleasant. WIFE: He has one, yes. Before he took the vows, they wed and she bore them children. Officially they're marriage is considered void until Tylen is relieved of office. His relationship with them is strained. Children: Just as with his wife, his children are distanced from him. The nature of his office does not permit him much interaction with them, but he does take time to insure their future is prosperous. Kingsguard: Those sworn to guard their honorable King. Tylen respects and nurtures his fellow knights as their Commander, seeking to bring them all glory in the end.
IN MY FREE TIME I...
•Read: "A book to the mind is as a whetstone to a sword. I must keep both sharp to uphold this station." •Flirt: The ladies of Westeros are a gift unto the world, one that should be appreciated to its fullest. •Training: If you can't hold a sword to its fullest potential, you have no business defending the King.

The Court
More often than not, my side is by the king, defending his honor and listening to him drink and whore himself to death.
Kings Landing
The city is a wonderous place to explore, with many sights to see... some behind closed doors and under sheets.
Casterly Rock
It's good to return home every once in a while. Meet with the nieces and nephews, argue with brother, see who's improved their chess skills. Sometimes I'll even sleep with my wife and make sure my children haven't done something... unpleasant.

anyway, i'll skip everything and get to the juicy bits. yalena, wallaby and dorothea (questionably) are all interlaced in this incestuous web of fucked up family ideas. meaning they fuck, a lot (cherry and cube can correct me on that but, yeah) and basically the only people they have strong emotional connections to are each other.
yalena herself knows full well it's wrong, but ignores it because 'what's wrong with loving your siblings?' even if the love you're supposed to share with your siblings isn't the type she knows she shares. from what i know, wallaby just doesn't give a fuck but you'd have to ask cube more about that.
uhh, i'm not really going to fuck with ages and timelines too much so let's skip it and get to what yalena thinks of her dad. yalena is probably constantly on the fence about tylen, but leads towards admiration and familial love (just familial love, no incest here, i'm not into that daddy shit tbh). the main reason she's on the fence about him is probably just lack of knowing him because of his spot on the kingsguard so there's constantly distance between them, but she obviously still loves him regardless.
i assume - like most that aren't targaryens - that he's against incest of any sort, but (maybe) if he isn't she could confide in him about what her + her siblings are doing, just as to keep him in the loop because he's their father and what not. yeah i got distracted while writing this and lost my train of thought, so this is all i got. rip.
Idk what kind of relationship Tylen will have with his nephew but reading his profile it seems like Tybalt is more like his uncle than he is like his father. Considering they both have rather outgoing personalities I think they'd generally get along quite well and I also see Tybalt heavily admiring his uncle's accomplishment of becoming captain of the Kingsguard as he has an obsession with glory and status. However, as an archetypical 'true knight', Tybalt is also a sucker for rules and vows. If he knew that Tylen was breaking his oaths of celibacy as a kingsquard, he would lose a significant amount of respect for him.
So most of the implications here is that Tylen is the most neglectful father imaginable. His entire story is basically foisting responsibility onto DAEMON BLACKFYRE and abandoning his family to serve in the Kingsguard. He left Yalena and Wallaby while they were infants and Dorothea before or not long after she was born. So it's entirely reasonable to resent or feel indifference to him. At least that's how Tylen feels on the matter. Whatever animosity the children feels towards him, he'll accept, but he still follows some family obligations by helping mold his children into succesful adults.
As for Yalena, he feels she's the most promising of the children, and hopes she has the smarts to see what's best for her. He'll offer council in regards to what she should do as a Lannister, but this is often times only during brief visits to Casterly Rock or through writing. Otherwise, she'd have to pay visit to King's Landing. In regards to Incest, he's definitely against it. He has a lot of animosity towards the Targaryens, the king in particular, and the idea that the Lannisters should be anything like them unsettles him. He plays it off with a smile as always. Same as when he's watching the King drink and fuck himself to sleep. That isn't to say you don't have to open up to him about it, but don't expect it to be without consequences. If Tylen or Tyrael find out about it, the most mercy WALLABY LANNISTER might get would be a trip to the Wall to take The Black.
I'm gonna level with you, Tylen is not the best role model. While Tylen does believe in the virtues and glory of being a knight, he's become distanced from that code after watching his "noble" king squander the nations wealth on every vice you can think of. He's conflicted and bitter about it all, and feels jealousy towards DAEMON BLACKFYRE for what he has. This bitterness can also be directed at his children. Still, if Tybalt insists on being what Tylen failed to be, he doesn't mind giving advice and helping his good nephew be the best he can be. After all, if something were to happen to dearest brother, who would be there to keep the Lannisters afloat? Certainly not I.
The idea of an otherwise sensible child having a friendly relationship with a somewhat delinquent uncle isn't exactly an unusual one. Though Tybalt may take his issues of vows and oaths more seriously than Tylen does, they appear to have a very similar temperament. That and the fact that Tybalt is a sucker for anyone with a glorious title, I believe, may be the basis of a fairly close relationship.
If Tylen offers advice, Tybalt would certainly listen. In fact, if Tybalt becomes more of a personal investment to Tylen than his own children are I can see that fostering a large amount of in-house drama. I'm just throwing ideas out there, however.
As both members of the esteemed Kingsguard, Bryant and Tylen may have developed quite the bond throughout the years of fighting side by side for their king. I could see them sharing interests in the areas of swordplay and whoring. Since Tylen is thirteen years older than Bryant, there could perhaps be a student/mentor relationship between the two.
Or we could go the other way and make them heated rivals.
I can see it all working out. One one hand, Tylen gets the ear of the future warden of the west, much more so than he has with his own brother, on the other, he's genuinely interested in seeing his nephew succeed. I do like the idea of him becoming invested in Tybalt's actions moreso than his children, since it adds to the list of reasons he's a terrible father. He's very engrossed in the game and is playing mentor to Aegys Targaryen as well, so having both their ears is largely playing to his tune.
That all said, I'm down to thread with you whenever you have the time! I can have Tylen visit Casterly Rock, or Tybalt can visit the Red Keep on business of his own, it's all up to you.
I like this. I actually enjoy this a lot because it speaks to Tylen's own depravities as captain of the guard. I can see Tylen as the man who first recruited Bryant into the Kingsguard, speaking to the king of the benefits of having a Bolton in the guard and convincing him to add that choice to the list of punishments after Bryant's trial. When Bryant joins, Tylen would take the Bolton under his wing and train him to be the Lannister's shadowy left hand and a reliable comrade besides. I can imagine Tylen being the one to temper Bryant's cruelty and looking out for him, helping him focus his... interests into something useful for both of them.
All in all, I see grounds for a good mentor/student relationship here with some dark twists à la game of thrones style.
